Our policy is same as the policies of all bridal shops across the United States: wedding merchandise is delicate and easily soiled, therefore all sales are final unless the item you have ordered arrives damaged or defective.
We stand behind our products 100%. Enlarged, detailed photos of products are ready to be e-mailed upon request for better view. No item is shipped to a bride unless carefully inspected.
However, if the item you received appears flawed or defective, you can request a return or exchange authorization* by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (absolutely no returns accepted without authorization).
RETURNS: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, damaged or undamaged.We do not refund shipping.
All items must be returned within 6 business days from receipt of shipment and in the original packaging.
Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached.
It is the sole discretion of IMpeccable iMage, Inc. to determine if returned items have been used or if they are in salable condition.
Returned merchandise that is appears used or intentionally damaged, will be immediately sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.
EXCHANGES: We examine each item very, very closely as it is packed. All items are shipped 100% un-damaged and are packed with extreme care.
We will immediately replace a flawed, defective, broken, damaged, or wrong item with the same style number only as appears in the original order. There is NO re-stocking fee for exchanging the same style item.
Pre-approval of returns or exchanges is required. Please email us immediately if the item arrives damaged or wrong. You must have a return/exchange authorization to send it back.

*We do not ship damaged veils, therefore VEILS are no subject to returns/exchanges. The only exception applies in the unlikely case of receiving the wrong style # - it will be immediately exchanged for the same style # that appears in the original order, without re-stocking fee.
