QUESTIONS: For questions about your order, e-mail us at info@forprincessbride.com Our policy is same as the policies of all bridal shops across the United States: wedding merchandise is delicate and easily soiled, therefore all sales are final unless the item you have ordered arrives damaged or defective. If you wish to take a closer look at the item or view it on a model before making a decision to purchase it, or need more information about the item, e-mail us at info@forprincessbride.com to request enlarged photos of the product, photos of the product on a model (if available) and more detailed information about the product. We’ll be happy to provide this information for you! We stand behind our products 100%. No item is shipped to a bride unless carefully inspected. However, if the item you received appears flawed or defective, you can request a return or exchange authorization. Requests for RETURN OR EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION are only accepted within 6 days of shipping receipt (14 days for International orders). Authorized refunds are issued within 10 business days. Postage, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Veils are not subject to refunds: store credit only. All items must be returned for inspection within 10 business days from receipt of shipment. Items must be in the original packaging, with all original tags attached. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. *It is the sole discretion of IMpeccable iMage, Inc. to determine if returned items have been used or deliberately damaged. Returned merchandise that appears worn, used or deliberately damaged, will be sent back to the customer. We will immediately replace a flawed, defective, broken, damaged, or wrong item with the same style #, entirely at our expense. WE DO NOT CHARGE RE-STOCKING FEE. Pre-approval of all returns and exchanges is required.
